The commission has recommended action against the then Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli, ministers and officials of the security agencies during the Janji agitation on September 7 and 24. <\/p>\n<p>The probe commission formed to probe the agitation of Jenji Youth Group in the Parliament Building New Baneshwor area has made such recommendations. The commission has recommended action against the then Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli, Home Minister Ramesh Lekhak and other high-ranking security officials. <\/p>\n<p>The CIAA has found the then Prime Minister Oli and Home Minister Lekhak guilty of criminal negligence and evading responsibility. The report said that the firing did not take any initiative to control the situation and that there was a serious violation of human rights. <\/p>\n<p>The report mentions that Oli, the writer and the then Inspector General of Police (IGP) Chandrakuber Khapung have been held responsible for the incident. The report has recommended taking action against them for negligence as per the Civil Code. <\/p>\n<p>Similarly, Gokarna Mani Duwadi (then Home Secretary), Raju Aryal (then Inspector General of Armed Police Force), Hutraj Thapa (then Chief of National Investigation Department), Chhabi Raj Rijal (then Chief District Officer (CDO), Kathmandu, Siddhi Bikram Shah (Additional Inspector General, Work Department), Om Bahadur Rana (Deputy Inspector General, then Acting Chief, Ranipokhari), Bishwa Adhikari (Senior Superintendent of Police, then Chief, Kathmandu Police Range) and Deep Shumsher Jabara (SSP) have been named as SSPs.  The report has also suggested taking action against Ranipokhari, Superintendent of Police Rishiram Kandel (Superintendent of Police Special Task Force) and Dan Bahadur Karki (Additional Inspector General of Police, for not paying attention to arms security and transferring them). <\/p>\n<p>Those recommended for action include Narayan Dutta Poudel (Additional Inspector General of APF, then Operation Commander), Suresh Kumar Shrestha (Deputy Inspector General of APF, Brigadier General) and Jeevan KC (Superintendent of Disaster Rescue), Krishna Prasad Khanal (Deputy Director at Valley Campaign Division), Riben Kumar Gachchhadar (Assistant Investigation Director, Kathmandu District Chief) and Manoj Baidwar (Brigadier General).  According to the report, the chief of the security team at the President&#8217;s House, Diwakar Khadka has been appointed as the Chief of the security team at the President&#8217;s House, Diwakar Khadka as the Chief of the security team at the Prime Minister&#8217;s official residence in Baluwatar, and Santosh Dhungel as the chief of the security team at the Parliament House and Baneshwor area. <\/p>\n<p>Similarly, the report states that the persons on motorcycles of the TOB Group were said to be involved in inciting the mob and disturbing the peace (recommending investigation under Section 35 of the Criminal Code). <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kathmandu.
