Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) candidate for the House of Representatives election from Ramechhap, Dr Krishna Hari Budhothoki, has submitted his election expenditure details to the District Election Office. <\/p>\n<p>Budhathoki has been found to have spent Rs 13.50 lakh on various headings during the election. He has spent most of his money on election campaign vehicles.
