The event was held at Lord’s CBC Plaza in Bharatpur, Chitwan. The program was attended by 200 branch operations employees, department heads, executives, CEOs, CEOs, board members, trainers Manoj Bhattarai (banking and insurance expert) and Padam Prasad Sodari, Deputy Director, Nepal Insurance Authority. <\/p>\n
The detailed training on AML CFT was imparted by Padam Prasad Sodari, Deputy Director of Insurance Authority of Nepal and the training on service excellence was imparted by Banking and Insurance Expert Manoj Kumar Bhattarai. <\/p>\n
On the occasion, various sessions were conducted as part of the panel interaction with the Heads of Departments, in which various topics related to branch operations were covered. <\/p>\n

On the occasion, the participants of the program addressed the difficulties faced by them in carrying out their daily work and the queries raised by the department heads through the concerned panels. Mr. Umesh Prasad Mainali, Chief Support Service of the company facilitated the program by conducting all the sessions in a systematic and effective manner. <\/p>\n
