Kathmandu. National Life Insurance Company (NLIC) has provided one-day training to its agents. The training was conducted by Kazim Raza, a well-known trainer of the insurance sector at Hotel Majestic Lake Front, Pokhara, to 185 agents of all the branches of Gandaki Province and some branch offices of Lumbini and Bagmati Province. <\/p>\n
During the training, he was trained on the art of performing in the market in different ways by adopting various measures to achieve the goals of MDRT, COT and TOT. <\/p>\n
Speaking at the program, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the company Smriti Raj Kandel said that this type of training will boost the morale of the agents and help them achieve their professional goals. He also presented a token of love to the first, second and third level achievers. <\/p>\n
Speaking at the program, Sushil Pratap Rana, head of the agency department, said that the agents are expected to prove themselves in the competitive market by applying the knowledge gained from today’s training. <\/p>\n
