Kathmandu. \u00a0Xiaomi, global technology company, today announced the launch of its Redmi Note 15 series in Nepal. The series includes four models \u2013 Redmi Note 15 Pro 5G, Redmi Note 15 Pro 5G, Redmi Note 15 5G and Redmi Note 15 4G \u2013 offering different features to different types of users. <\/p>\n
The most advanced model in the series, the Redmi Note 15 Pro+ 5G, is powered by a 6,500mAh silicon-carbon-sic_ battery with a 10% SIC content. It comes with a 100W hypercharge that can be fully charged in about 40 minutes. It also comes with 22.5W reverse charging. Redmi Note series is the first of its kind to use X-X battery technology, which offers more energy efficiency at a smaller size. Across all Pro models, this SiC battery coupled with Xiaomi Surge Battery Management System can maintain 80% or more capacity even after 1,600 charge cycles, which equates to roughly 6 years of normal use. <\/p>\n
The device has achieved IP66\/IP68\/IP69\/IP69K certification and features SGS-certified 2.5m drop resistance. Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 and fiberglass-composite construction make it even stronger. Running on the Snapdragon 7S Gen 4, the device features Xiaomi HyperAI (including AI writing, speech recognition, and interpreter), Xiaomi Surge T1S tuner and offline communication for miles and distances. <\/p>\n
Redmi Note Pro+ 5G comes with a 200MP primary camera with 2x and 4x optical-level in-sensor zoom and OIS features. For the first time in the world, a 200MP HPE image sensor has been used in it. With a single lens, 5 focal length DAG HDR, and advanced AI processing, you can take detailed and realistic images in a variety of lights. <\/p>\n
The model also features Xiaomi Iceloop Cooling System, the only LHP cooling solution in this price range and offers three times heat-transfer efficiency and thermal-conductivity. AI Creativity Assistant has advanced tools like AI Erase Pro, AI Image Expansion, and AI Remove Reflection. The 6.83-inch display is similar to the Pro+, with Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection and 400% volume-boosted dual speakers. The Redmi Note 15 5G model is the thinnest device on the Redmi Note with a 7.35mm profile, but it has a 5,520mAh silicon-carbon battery. The 108MP camera offers three times in-sensor zoom and OIS, and despite being thin, IP66 water resistance is maintained. Running on Snapdragon 6 Gen 3, the device supports 45W charging and a 6.77-inch AMOLED display that delivers 3,200 nits of peak brightness. The AI editing tools include Erase, Remove Reflection, Sky, Boke, and Beautify functions. Dual speakers deliver a 300% volume boost including Dolby Atmos, and have NFC and in-screen fingerprint sensing support. It is available in Black, Glacier Blue and Mist Purple colours. <\/p>\n
The Redmi Note 15 4G model has a 6,000mAh battery and a 108-megapixel camera with 3x optical-level telephoto. Running on the MediaTek Helio G100 Ultra with 4G connectivity, the device comes with a 6.77-inch AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate and 3,200 nits brightness. IP64 protection, 33W charging, dual speakers with Dolby Atmos and the same AI editing suite. Available in Black, Glacier Blue, Mist Purple and Forest Green colours, the model comes with 8GB RAM and 512GB capacity, and can be expanded via a hybrid SIM slot. <\/p>\n
