Kathmandu. The third annual general meeting of Liberty Micro Life Insurance (Liberty Micro Life Insurance) was held at its head office in New Road, Pokhara on January 15. The AGM was chaired by Chairman of Board of Directors, Mr. Nicholas Pandey. <\/p>\n
The AGM was attended by the Chairman of the Company, Directors, Shareholders, Representatives of the shareholders, Company Secretary, CEO of the Company and employees of the company. On behalf of the Board of Directors, Chairman Pandey presented the fiscal year 2081. The meeting also discussed and passed the proposals to endorse the annual report of fiscal year 2022, auditor’s report, financial statements including balance sheet, profit and loss account, cash flow statement and other financial details. <\/p>\n
Similarly, the assembly has also approved the current fiscal year 2082. Proposal for the appointment of an external auditor for the fiscal year 2081 and the recommendation of the Board of Directors for the fiscal year 2081. The meeting also unanimously passed a resolution not to distribute dividend in Province 82. <\/p>\n
