Kathmandu. The Nepal Agritech International Expo is being organized with the objective of modernizing the agriculture sector and promoting new technology. <\/p>\n
The organizer is Media Space Solutions Pvt. Ltd. According to Futurex Trade Fair and Events, stall booking for the international expo to be held at Chitwan Expo Center from January 15 to 4 is going on at a fast pace and only limited stalls are available at present. <\/p>\n
Companies from Nepal, India, China and other countries providing agricultural technology, dairy, animal husbandry, agricultural tools, seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, food processing, agricultural machinery, animal health services and financial solutions will participate in the expo. It will provide an opportunity for farmers and entrepreneurs to observe modern technology and get first-hand information. <\/p>\n
This expo is not only an exhibition but also an effective platform for investment, technology transfer and business collaboration in the agriculture sector. It will provide practical knowledge and networking opportunities especially for commercial farmers, agro-entrepreneurs, cooperatives, researchers and students. <\/p>\n
Entry to the expo is free of cost. According to the organizers, the expo will contribute to make Nepal’s agriculture more productive and self-reliant through live demonstration, demo and consultancy services ranging from modern agricultural tools to big machinery. <\/p>\n
The Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock Development, Government of Nepal, National Agriculture Modernization Programme is the promoter of the international expo.
