Kathmandu. Mr. Distillery has called its fourth Annual General Meeting. <\/p>\n
The meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company has decided to hold the AGM on February 20. The assembly will begin at 10:00 am at the Industry Site at Arun Khola in Nawalparasi. <\/p>\n
The AGM will endorse a special proposal to amend the relevant clause of the Memorandum of Association by revising the authorized and issued capital of the company and the promoter and general public’s share ownership percentage. The meeting will also endorse another special proposal to make necessary amendments to the relevant Rules of the Articles of Association by adding necessary provisions to the existing provisions relating to purchase and transfer of shares. <\/p>\n
The AGM will endorse a special proposal to issue 20 percent right shares of the existing paid-up capital and authorize the Board of Directors to issue the shares. The meeting held the last fiscal year 2081. 82. The annual and auditor’s report will be approved. The same assembly elected the current fiscal year 2082. 83. Approve the proposal regarding the appointment of the auditor and the determination of his\/her remuneration. <\/p>\n
