Kathmandu. Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank Limited has distributed food and educational materials to Breathe of Life (Bal Ashram) through its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) branch at Biratchowk. <\/p>\n
The bank’s Koshi Province Chief Khimlal Bhusal handed over food and educational materials to Nirmala Rai, proprietor of Bal Ashram. Speaking at the handover ceremony, Rai expressed his confidence that the company would ensure basic needs, education and a bright future for the children of poor and disadvantaged communities. <\/p>\n
Expressing gratitude for the support, he said that the Ashram will have a positive impact on the daily life and educational activities of poor and underprivileged children. Speaking at the program, Mr. Bhusal expressed happiness that the food and educational materials distributed at the Ashram have been able to help in the development of a prosperous society. <\/p>\n
Deputy Mayor Nitu Thapa Koirala, Ward Chairman Yogendra Subedi, bank staffers, Bal Ashram participants and other stakeholders were present on the occasion. <\/p>\n
In addition, the bank will continue such programs in the coming days with the coordination and cooperation of the stakeholders. <\/p>\n
