Chandragiri Hills Limited has called its 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Wednesday. The meeting will begin at 11:00 am at Chandragiri Hills Limited, Bottom Station premises, Thankot, Kathmandu. <\/p>\n<p>The AGM will endorse a special proposal of distributing bonus shares at the rate of 5 percent of the current paid-up capital and 0.2632 percent cash dividend for tax purposes. <\/p>\n<p>Likewise, the AGM will issue hundred percent right shares of the paid-up capital after the bonus share distribution, amend the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association and endorse the loan taken from Prabhu Bank for the construction of new projects. <\/p>\n<p>The meeting will also endorse the annual report to be presented by the Chairman on behalf of the Board of Directors for the fiscal year 2081\/82, discuss and approve the financial statements including the auditor&#8217;s report, accounts, cash flow, income and expenditure, among others.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kathmandu.
