So far, 13 commercial banks have declared dividend for the fiscal year 2081\/82. They are Prime Commercial Bank, Nabil Bank, NMB Bank, Laxmi Sunrise Bank, Agriculture Development Bank, Nepal SBI Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, Global IME Bank, Siddhartha Bank, Sijins Bank, Sanima Bank, Everest Bank and Machhapuchchhre Bank. These banks have announced dividends to be distributed to their shareholders from the profit of the last financial year. <\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff\"><strong>Siddhartha Bank<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>The bank is in the financial year 2081. The total paid up capital of Rs 14.08 billion is Rs 14.08 billion from the distributable profit of Rs 14.08 billion. 53 percent of the company has proposed to distribute a dividend of Rs 1.48 billion. Out of which 5 percent will be bonus shares worth Rs 70,44,99,010 and 5 percent will be paid. 53 percent of the company has a cash dividend of Rs 779,175,905 (including tax purposes). The bank has already closed its book on December 24 for the purpose of dividend and AGM. <\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff\"><strong>Prime Commercial Bank<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>}<\/p>\n<p>The bank will approve 8.421 percent dividend on its current paid-up capital. This includes 8 percent bonus shares and 0.421 percent cash dividend for tax purposes. The bank has decided to close its book on January 21 for the purpose of dividend and AGM.
