Chile Hydropower Company for fiscal year 2081. The company has declared a dividend for 82 years. <\/p>\n<p>The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company has decided to distribute 12% dividend of Rs 8.78 billion out of the current paid-up capital of the company. Out of this, 8 percent will be paid bonus shares worth Rs 702.591 thousand 753.91 and 4 percent cash dividend (including dividend tax). <\/p>\n<p>The company is holding its 29th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on January 15 to approve the dividend. <\/p>\n<p>The company has decided to close the book on January 1 for the purpose of dividend and meeting.
