RSDC Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has called its 12th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on November 26. The meeting will begin at 9:30 am at the Western Asian Hotel, Butwal, Rupandehi. <\/p>\n<p>The AGM will endorse a proposal of distributing 8 percent cash dividend (including tax) on the current paid-up capital. Likewise, the meeting will endorse the proposal to authorize the Board of Directors to carry out mergers and acquisitions with other financial institutions. <\/p>\n<p>The microfinance company had closed its book on November 9 for the purpose of AGM and dividend distribution.
