Former Inspector General of Police (IGP) Chandra Kuber Khapung has been barred from going abroad. <\/p>\n<p>The probe commission formed to investigate the incidents of September 7 and 24 has barred Khapung, who retired from today, from going abroad. A meeting of the Commission held today decided to ban Khapung from leaving the country immediately after his retirement. <\/p>\n<p>Likewise, Khapung will not be allowed to leave the Kathmandu Valley without the EC&#8217;s permission. <\/p>\n<p>The Sushila Karki-led interim government has formed a probe commission under the chairmanship of former justice Gauri Bahadur Karki to probe the incidents of the Genji generation.
