A meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held on Saturday decided to close the book on November 8 to distribute dividend of the last fiscal year. This means that only shareholders who have remained in the company as of November 24 will be eligible for the dividend. <\/p>\n
The company has decided to provide 8 percent cash dividend (including tax) to its shareholders from the profit of the last FY. Accordingly, the company will distribute a cash dividend of Rs 8,27,25,153.36 to its shareholders. <\/p>\n
The company has also decided to hold its 12th AGM on November 26 to approve the dividend. The organization has informed that the meeting will be held in Butwal <\/p>\n
