All government offices across the country will remain open from Sunday till 4 pm. <\/p>\n<p>According to a notice published in the Nepal Gazette, all government offices across the country will remain open from 10 am to 4 pm from November 30 to January 29. <\/p>\n<p>During this period, the office will be closed at 3 pm on Friday, according to the Ministry of Home Affairs. <\/p>\n<p>Due to the shorter daylight hours during the winter season, office hours are reduced by one hour for three months each year. <\/p>\n<p>With the Gen-G movement wreaking havoc, shrinking government revenues, and frequent Dashain and Tihar holidays, the election government may take a special decision on the office hours of essential services.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kathmandu.
