The bank has been certified to provide international standard quality services in the quality management system with effect from August 16, 2081 and has been re-certified through the first surveillance audit held in August 2082. <\/p>\n<p>Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank was the leading bank among the development banks to receive the certificate under the &#8220;Provision of Development Banking Activities&#8221;. <\/p>\n<p>Such a certification is only for an organization that maintains a strong quality management system in line with international standards, can provide excellent service, ensure customer satisfaction, and continuously improve its work system.
