Himalayan Distillery Limited has declared a dividend for its shareholders. The company has announced a dividend to be distributed to shareholders from the profit of the last financial year. <\/p>\n<p>The company has decided to distribute 25% dividend on its current paid-up capital. This includes 20 percent bonus and 5 percent cash dividend. <\/p>\n<p>The company has called its 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on November 15 to endorse the proposal. The assembly will begin at 10:00 am at its registered office in Birgunj, Parsa. <\/p>\n<p>The company will close its book on November 20 for the purpose of AGM and dividend distribution.
