The Genji Alliance for Monarchy, a coalition of monarchist Genji youth, has warned that it will be forced to revolt if a common solution is not found. <\/p>\n<p>The coalition issued a 15-point statement on Tuesday. &#8220;We, Nepal, have gone through many struggles and atrocities in order to establish ourselves as a proud and respected nation. &#8220;We have become stronger, resolute and better as sovereign nations,&#8221; the statement reads. We pay our heartfelt tribute to the martyrs who attained martyrdom during the events of the September 8 and 9 protests. \u2019<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;This tragic incident deeply hurt the people of our nation and the events that follow are a stark reminder of the dangers of violence and anarchy can be,&#8221; the statement said. &#8220;It is shameful for those who represent the newly formed government to act in the interest of foreign powers,&#8221; the statement said. We, patriotic nationalists and democratic monarchists, are representing Nepal&#8217;s voice against those forces. \u2019<\/p>\n<p>For now, the alliance has proposed the following 15-point bases with the aim of building an all-party consensus from a new historical angle. &#8220;We call on all sides to concentrate on these demands and take initiatives for the nation&#8217;s upliftment by coming together through peaceful means,&#8221; the statement reads. \u2019<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>There are 15 mag<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>}<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> Establish a constitutional monarchy. <\/li>\n<p>Ensure direct participation of the people by implementing a rank-based electoral system and implementing a directly-elected executive prime minister system where the government is formed by a candidate with at least 51 percent of the people&#8217;s mandate.TAG_OPEN_li_40 Lawmakers will not be allowed to form or topple the government. <\/li>\n<\/p>\n<li> Recall MPs who do not fulfill their contracts and implement a provision to reject bad candidates. <\/li>\n<li> Lawmakers will not be allowed to become ministers. <\/li>\n<li> Repeal unequal treaties, agreements and anti-national laws. <\/li>\n<li> Dissolution the structure of the provincial government and concentrate the powers in the local government. <\/li>\n<li> Declare Nepal as Hindu, Buddhist and Kirant Dharma Rajya, providing freedom of religion and protection to all. <\/li>\n<p>Ensure the participation of at least TAG_OPEN_li_34 50% women representatives at all levels. <\/li>\n<\/p>\n<li> Free education and insurance-based health policy will be implemented. <\/li>\n<li> Implement the provision of compulsory voting for all citizens, including Nepalese living abroad. <\/li>\n<li> Implement compulsory national service for citizens between the ages of 18 and 24 with equitable wages, skill development and opportunities to contribute to nation building. <\/li>\n<li> Nationalize unsourced property. <\/li>\n<li> End the system of unequal pay, allowances and pensions between employees, commissioners and elected representatives. <\/li>\n<li> Ensuring efficient and transparent service by modernizing the agencies providing government services and facilities. <\/li>\n<li>Implement the One Person One Business Sector Policy. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kathmandu.
