Kathmandu. Kathmandu Metropolitan City (KMC) Mayor Balendra Shah (Balen) and other civic leaders have called for restraint. <\/p>\n

Issuing a public appeal through social media, Mayor of KMC Balendra Shah urged the government to exercise restraint as Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has resigned from his post. <\/p>\n
