ICFC Finance Limited is going to issue debenture &#8220;8% ICFC Finance Limited Debenture-2089&#8221; worth Rs 500 million. The company has appointed Kumari Capital Limited as the issue and sale manager of the bonds. <\/p>\n<p>The two sides reached an agreement during a program held at the company&#8217;s central office. Sunil Panta, CHIEF Executive Officer of Finance Limited and Pushpa Sharma, CHIEF Executive Officer of Kumari Capital Limited signed the agreement on behalf of their respective sides. <\/p>\n<p>According to the company, the bond will be issued after the approval of all regulatory bodies including Nepal Rastra Bank, Securities Board of Nepal, Office of the Registrar of Companies. <\/p>\n<p>The company has been providing its services through 21 branches and 18 ATMs. <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kathmandu.
