American technology company TechBay Digital has bought Adex International, a Nepali company focused on information technology, for $ 2.4 million i.e. about 334.1 million Nepali rupees. <\/p>\n<p>Established in 2020 and operating in 2022, Adex has been able to achieve such a huge price in a short time. According to Adex, it has provided employment opportunities to more than 60 people since its operation. <\/p>\n<p>Adex said in a statement that an agreement has been reached with TechBay regarding the purchase and sale of shares. <\/p>\n<p>Along with cloud services, Adex is providing various services related to Amazon Web Services (AWS). <\/p>\n<p>At present, Adex&#8217;s customers are payment service provider Khalti, Commerce Sanima Bank, technology-based company Measures, Dearhold, Ekbana, NIC Asia Capital, GhamPower, among others. <\/p>\n<p>Young Sharabh Subedi, a chartered accountant, and Prajwal Sharma, an air engineer, are among the founders of Adex.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kathmandu.
