The government has made the company working in MCA Nepal in the current fiscal year 2082. It has been decided to give income tax exemption on 83. <\/p>\n<p>A meeting of the Council of Ministers held on July 19 decided to provide income tax exemption for the current fiscal year as per sub-section (1) of Section 18 of the Finance Act, 2082 for the current fiscal year on the income earned from MCC funding (including nepal&#8217;s contribution) of the construction or service provider company working with MCA Nepal. <\/p>\n<p>Such companies should be registered in Nepal by registering a branch or as a permanent establishment.
