The meeting was held today at Maharaja Resort in Butwal-11, Rupandehi. <\/p>\n<p>The assembly has passed a special resolution to issue an IPO reserved for the general public. The assembly also approved a special proposal authorising the board of directors to carry out any amendments, modifications and additions from the regulatory bodies for issuing the IPO. <\/p>\n<p>The meeting also passed a proposal regarding amendments to the management letter, expenditure incurred under social responsibility and service facilities of the operators. <\/p>\n<p>The same meeting last fiscal year 2080. It has approved the annual report of 81 as well as the auditor&#8217;s report. Assembly for the current fiscal year 2081.
