Nepal Infrastructure Bank (NIFRA) has received permission to issue debentures worth Rs 5 billion.<\/p>\n<p>The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBI) today approved the issuance of &#8216;Nifra Energy Debenture&#8217;. Nifra will now issue a total of 5 million units of debentures at a face value of Rs 1,000.<\/p>\n<p>Out of the total units, Nifra will sell 3 million units individually and public issue of the remaining 2 million units.<\/p>\n<p>This bond of NIFRA is of 7 years duration.
