Trust Micro Insurance has called its second annual general meeting. <\/p>\n<p>A meeting of the board of directors of the company has convened a general meeting on May 15. The meeting will begin at 9:15 am at Maharaja Resort in Butwal-11, Rupandehi. <\/p>\n<p>The assembly will pass a special resolution to issue an IPO reserved for the general public. The Assembly will also approve a special proposal authorising the Board of Directors to carry out any amendments, modifications and additions from the regulatory bodies for issuing the IPO. <\/p>\n<p>The assembly will pass a resolution regarding amendments in the management letter, expenditure incurred under social responsibility and service facilities of the directors. <\/p>\n<p>The same meeting last fiscal year 2080. It will approve the annual report of 81 as well as the auditor&#8217;s report. Assembly for the current fiscal year 2081.
