Kathmandu. Star Micro Insurance Company Limited is going to hold its second annual general meeting on Monday. The meeting will be held at registered office, Bhanuchowk, Janakpurdham and Dhanusha at 1 pm. A meeting of the board of directors of the company held on April 29 decided the date of the meeting. <\/p>\n
On behalf of the Board of Directors, the Meeting will discuss and pass the annual report of the financial year 2080\/81 presented by the Chairman, the report of the auditor along with the financial statement of the company for the financial year 2080\/81, profit loss account and cash flow statement and related schedules. <\/p>\n
The meeting will approve various proposals including appointment of auditors to audit the fiscal year 2081\/82 in accordance with Section 111 of the Companies Act, 2063 BS and fix their remuneration and appointment of independent directors. <\/p>\n
The shareholders present at the general meeting are requested to bring any of their official identity cards to enter the hall. <\/p>\n
