Kathmandu: The Supreme Court (SC) has held that the case filed against Nepal Insurance Authority Chairman Sharad Ojha cannot be heard today. <\/p>\n<p>A writ petition was filed against Ojha in the Supreme Court today. However, a joint bench of Justices Binod Sharma and Mahesh Sharma Poudel held that the case against Ojha could not be heard. Now the next case will be fixed for this case. <\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-248903\" src=\"https:\/\/media.insurancekhabar.com\/uploads\/2025\/04\/sc-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1073\" height=\"301\" \/><\/p>\n<p>A single bench inline_tags_PLACEHOLDER_7 of Justice Nahakul Subedi of the Supreme Court had refused to pass an interim order against Ojha on April 15, #\u0917\u0924. Subedi&#8217;s bench issued a show-cause order in the name of the government and summoned both the parties for discussion. <\/p>\n<p>Advocate Indira Dhamala, who is also an agent of National Life Insurance Company, had filed a writ petition against Ojha on March 27, accusing him of submitting a fake work experience certificate to become the chairman of the Insurance Authority.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kathmandu.
