Kathmandu. Kathmandu Metropolitan City has decided to impose a fine of Rs. 800,000 under various headings for the management of garbage and vandalism during the pro-Kingdom program at Tinkune’s open field on Friday. <\/p>\n
The metropolitan city has decided to impose a fine of Rs. 100,000 on former King Gyanendra Shah, one of the organizers of the demonstration. The metropolis, in a letter issued on Friday, mentioned Shah’s name and the address of his Nirmal Niwas residence, and informed that a fine has been imposed as per the Waste Management Act 2068, Natural Resources Conservation Act 2077 and Kathmandu Metropolitan City Finance Act 2081. <\/p>\n
Similarly, a fine of Rs. 1 lakh has been imposed for littering the roads and roadsides of the Mahadevsthan area, Rs. 130 thousand for breaking the fire engine, Rs. 1 lakh for polluting the environment, Rs. 1 lakh for damaging the roads and sidewalks of the Jadibuti area, Rs. 1 lakh for damaging the roads and sidewalks of the Balkumari area, Rs. 63 thousand for damaging plants and railings in Tinkunemai, and Rs. 1 lakh for littering in the Sinamangal area, the metropolis stated. .<\/p>\n
