Trump has also said he is ready to extend the deadline to April 5 to find a non-Chinese buyer for the platform. <\/p>\n<p>Earlier, the Biden administration passed a law to ban TikTok. However, the implementation of this law was postponed after Trump came to power in January. <\/p>\n<p>This law was enacted in 2024. National security was cited as a reason for selling or banning it. &#8220;China has to play a role on TikTok. I think they will.
