The Shivam Organization is going to construct a 200-bed hospital in Budhiganga Rural Municipality-1 of Morang district with an aim to provide quality health services.TAG_OPEN_p_7 Currently, it will operate a 100-bed multi-speciality hospital and gradually expand it to 300 beds, according to the organization.
The hospital that is going to be constructed after completing the necessary legal process set by the Government of Nepal has been named RR International Hospital. The hospital aims to provide quality health services by reducing the compelling to visit hospitals in foreign and capital for complex health services.
According to the
organization, this hospital is going to be developed as a Center of Excellence and made an important center for providing super specialty health services. The hospital will provide 24-hour emergency services, cardiac emergency services, and cath labs, giving priority to the treatment of heart diseases. Apart from this, the hospital will also provide specialized treatment services for general medicine, neurosurgery, general surgery, kidney, gynecology and maternity, ophthalmology, neonatal and pediatrics, orthopedics and nerves. Infrastructure will be ensured that all types of surgeries will be performed through modern and reliable technology and equipment. Since disease identification is a very important aspect in health care, the diagnostic department will be made of international standard.
The cost of the hospital is estimated to be around TAG_OPEN_p_4 Rs 250 crore. Rajendra Raut is the chairman of the hospital under construction. He has been involved in various industries and businesses for a long time. Rajendra Raut, who is currently serving as the president of the Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI) Koshi Province, is also a standing committee member of the Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI).
The president of this organization, who entered this field without a different kind of family background and business legacy, made his mark in the garment export industry. Raut, who has been supplying raw materials to the cement industry by operating limestone mines, has been operating various production-based industries and businesses. Shoe and slipper production, cement industry, petroleum products, and trading business are in operation while a state-of-the-art five-star hotel will come into operation in Kathmandu within a few months. Similarly, there is a plan to establish a medical/paramedical/nursing college in Biratnagar with the objective of producing skilled manpower along with housing company, five-star hotel and health services.
