Kathmandu. Shares of Bikas Hydropower Company are set to be traded in the secondary market from Wednesday.
The IPO of Bikas Hydropower has been listed on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) today. Shares of any company come into trading from the next day after being listed in NEPSE. Therefore, the shares of this company will also come into trading from tomorrow.
A total of 9 million 91 thousand 13 units of shares of Bikas Hydropower have been listed on NEPSE. Of these, 4,636,417 units (51 per cent) of the founding group and 4,454,596 units (49 per cent) of the general group.
NEPSE has given bHCL transaction signal to Bikas Hydropower. Nepse has set a minimum opening range of Rs 97.43 per share and a maximum opening range of Rs 292.29 per share for the first transaction.
If the shares of this company come into trading within the range set by NEPSE tomorrow, then it will come into trading for a regular session.
Bikas Hydropower had opened the IPO sale to the general public from July 1to July 15. The IPO was allotted at the office of Prabhu Capital, the securities sales manager, on July 15.
