Kathmandu. Sanima Reliance Bravo Annual Conclave 2082 has concluded with the evaluation of the work of one financial year, honoring the best and planning and enthusiasm program for the upcoming year.
Ratan Lal Kedia, chairman of the company’s board of directors, inaugurated the event by lighting a lamp at Panas. Chief Executive Officer Shivanath Pandey, Senior Deputy CHIEF Executive Officer Rakesh Pokharel, Deputy CHIEF Executive Officer Nirajan Kandel, Chief Business Officers, Province Chiefs, Departmental Heads, Regional Managers, Eri Managers, Best Branch Managers, Marketing Officers and customer service executives participated in the program.
Addressing the program, Ratan Lal Kedia, Chairman of the company, said, “Last year. V. Congratulating all the employees for collecting insurance premium of Rs 700 crore, he said that new technology and new thinking should be adopted for success and the number of new agents should be expanded with urgency.
He said that employees need to come out of their comfort zones and work harder and that will help us to be at the forefront of the competitive market.
Speaking on the occasion, CHIEF Executive Officer Shivanath Pandey highlighted that the possible can be made possible through united efforts, positive thinking and continuous hard work. He also directed the company to work with an action plan to achieve the target this year.
Regional Manager, Regional Manager Branch, Sub-Branch Chief, Marketing Officer and Customer Service Executives were honoured for achieving outstanding work and goals in various categories in the last fiscal year. During the three-day program, the senior deputy chief executive officer of the company said that the number of customers will be expanded through new and attractive insurance policies in the company, while the deputy CHIEF executive officer presented the data of the company for the last financial year and said that everyone should work round the clock to take the company to new heights this year.
Outstanding branch managers and regional managers shared their experiences on the occasion. Renowned speaker Mansi Agarwal was invited to make the event enlightening. She talked about the need and importance of qualities that should be in good leadership.
