NRN to sell more than 6 lakh shares of two companies

Kathmandu. NRN Infrastructure and Development has sold more than 6 lakh units of shares of its two companies.

The company has issued a total of 6,08,209 promoter shares of Kumari Bank and Mero Microfinance Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha. Kumari Bank has 5,30,000 units and Mero Microfinance has 78,209 units.

Currently, only the existing promoter shareholders of Kumari Bank and Mero Microfinance can apply for the shares. A 35-day deadline has been given for the same.

The promoter shareholders can apply for the shares of Kumari Bank at Tangal, Kathmandu and contact office of Mero Microfinance at Sitapaila, Kathmandu for purchase of shares of Kumari Bank within the given deadline.

If the application for purchase is not submitted by the promoter shareholders within the stipulated time, the shares will be opened to other individuals and organizations.
