Kathmandu. NMB Bank has handed over school bags and water dispenser to Shree Amar Jain School, Lalbandi-5, Sarlahi. Educational materials were handed over to the students in the program organized with the aim of contributing to the education sector.
The bank has said that it has given this material with the commitment to consider education as the foundation of sustainable development. The initiative is expected to strengthen the educational environment of the school and further encourage the students.
Ram Prasad Dhungel, ward chair of Lalbandi Ward No. 5, who was the chief guest at the programme, lauded nmb bank’s initiative and said that such activities would have a positive impact on the society. On the occasion, The Bank’s Madhes Province Chief Dipendra Kumar Mishra and Lalbandi Branch Manager Arun Acharya were present on the occasion. They pledged that the bank would continue such social activities in the future as well.
School principals, teachers, students and local stakeholders participated in the program and all the participants expressed their appreciation for the bank’s social responsibility.
