Kathmandu. The government has made the company working in MCA Nepal in the current fiscal year 2082. It has been decided to give income tax exemption on 83.
A meeting of the Council of Ministers held on July 19 decided to provide income tax exemption for the current fiscal year as per sub-section (1) of Section 18 of the Finance Act, 2082 for the current fiscal year on the income earned from MCC funding (including nepal’s contribution) of the construction or service provider company working with MCA Nepal.
Such companies should be registered in Nepal by registering a branch or as a permanent establishment. The meeting has decided to publish the information of such exemption in the Nepal Gazette.
