Kathmandu. Garima Samriddhi Yojana (GSY) units under the collective investment fund scheme of Garima Capital Limited have been listed on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE). Today, on Falgun 1, an agreement was concluded between Nepal Stock Exchange Limited and Garima Capital Limited to list a total of 12,50,00,000 units of the collective investment fund Garima Samriddhi Yojana, serial numbers 1 to 12,50,00,000, with a price of Rs 10 per unit.
The company had publicly sold 12,50,00,000 units of securities to the general public through NIMB S Capital Limited. Thus, 12,50,00,000 units of securities (collective investment fund units) distributed to the general public have been distributed and listed as per the decision of Magh 28 in accordance with the Securities Listing Regulations, 2075 BS.
The secondary market trading of the company’s securities will begin from Sunday, the second day after the listing agreement is completed.
