Kathmandu. Black Diamond Group under IME Life Insurance has organized a training program to enhance the capacity of agency managers and team leaders of Koshi Province and a special program to honor agency managers and MDRT. The programme was held at Sherpa Hotel in Kanyam on August 24 and 25.
Pawan Kumar Khadka, CEO of IME Life Insurance Company was the chief guest at the event. He presented the company’s future strategy and progress so far and provided guidance to the participants for the coming days.
Sunil Kumar Acharya, Department of Training and Milan Dahal, Chief of Koshi Province, as special guests, gave inspirational messages to the participants and shed in-depth light on the relationship between agency and insurance, the importance of life insurance and the bright future of insurance agents.
Nagendra Kumar Shrestha, Chairman and Chief Agency Manager of IME Life MDRT and Black Diamond Group presided over the programme. Senior Agency Manager Ram Prasad Rai conducted the program while agency manager Hemlal Acharya delivered the welcome speech. MdRT and Senior Agency Manager Kamal Bahadur Gurung also highlighted the relevance of the programme.
More than 85 people participated in the event which was attended by Mina Gurung, Chief Agency Manager, Senior Agency Managers, Branch Heads and top teams.
Participants also reviewed what they learned from the two-day event.
The program concluded with the emphasis on the need to understand the importance of insurance by encouraging the participants to strengthen their enthusiasm, motivation and confidence in the future.
